So here's the (now baked) macaroni & cheese (& cauliflower & spinach). Dave was on his own tonight, so he baked the casserole I prepped on Sunday.Had I been home, I might have broiled the top for extra browning because I like a crispy top on my mac and cheese - but this looks good too. Can't wait to have my leftovers on Thursday!
